We hope our STRIPS have proven useful and helpful in living at your best. Please read our Shipping and Returns Policy carefully, as it outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment and return of our products.

Shipping:

  1. Processing Time: We strive to process and ship every STRIPS package to its new home within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. However, during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. Rest assured, we will do our best to get them to you as quickly as possible. If we are expecting delays, we will reach out to you via email with an update.

  2. Shipping Methods and Costs: No one likes paying for shipping! Let us cover the cost so you can focus on being your best. Exclusively available over $50USD order value.

  3. Delivery Time: We ship our STRIPS safely and quickly. Expect fast VIP delivery within 7 days.

  4. International Shipping & Customs: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import charges imposed. We very rarely hear of this, but these charges are the responsibility of the buyer. 

  5. International Ingredient Restrictions: We have designed our supplements to be as effective as possible using non-prescription ingredients. Occasionally, the requirement for prescriptions to access medications can differ between countries. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure our products (and their ingredients) comply with their country's importing controlled substances laws & regulations. 
  6. Shipping Address: Please ensure that you provide a correct and complete shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or undelivered STRIPS due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer.

Returns, Refunds & 30 Day Guarantee:

  1. Defective Products: If your package of STRIPS is open, short or damaged, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the order. We will require photographic evidence of the defect or damage. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund for the defective item.

  2. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only applicable to defective products that meet the criteria stated in point 1. We do not offer refunds for any other reason, including changes of mind or dissatisfaction with the product's taste or effects.

  3. 30 Day Guarantee: If you are unhappy with the effectiveness of our STRIPS, reach out to us within 30 days and we will refund your purchase price (minus shipping). You will be responsible for organising the return of your product and refunds will be processed upon receiving your return. 
  4. Return/Refund Shipping: If a return/refund is approved, the buyer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us.

  5. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with the order details and a description of the issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  6. Condition of Returned Items: The returned item must be in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to reject a return if the product is not in an acceptable condition.

  7. Refund Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refunded amount will be issued using the original payment method.
